How do I make a return for USA Orders?

FOR USA ORDERS

If you’re not happy with your zoeayla.com purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase on any item that wasn't bought with a discount code. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account due to bank processing times.

When you return your purchase to Zoe Ayla within 30 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s). Alternatively you can request an exchange as well.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 30 days.

HERE'S HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)
  1. Go to zoeaylausa.returnscenter.com and enter your order # and the email address that you used to place the order
  2. Indicate which items you are returning /exchanging
  3. Now please choose a carrier to return ship the return using your own preferred method.
  4. Seal up the box and drop it off at any U.S. mail location.
  5. Once you’ve created a return label and have shipped your return package back to us, you can track your return via sacheu.returnscenter.com

Look out for an email confirmation - we’ll let you know when your return is received and we're processing your refund and/or exchange!

How do I make a return for International Orders?
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We only offer money refunds on orders shipped internationally, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you’re not happy with your Zoë Ayla purchase, that wasn't bought with a discount, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees.

In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. Please note it may take up to 6 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on sacheu.com, sign in to access My Account or check the tracking email that we sent you upon order dispatch.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Due to technical limitations you are only able to use 1 promo code per order.

What forms of payment does ZOË AYLA accept?

We accept all major creditcards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. We also offer payment through Klarna.

International Orders - Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be estimated during checkout. We can not be held responsible for any incurred duties or taxes, these differ per country of destination.

Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments nor for international shipments.
